Excellant Opening for Flex(PHP) Professional in Chennai Location

We have an urgent opening for "Flex Professional"
Company : Applied Development Software India Pvt Ltd (www.appdev.be)

Mandatory experience:
At least 3 years of experience in Adobe Flex and ActionScript 3.0
Strong knowledge in following Flex areas (arraycollections and its interfaces, xml and xmllist objects, datagrids and charts)
Experience with rpc, sharedobject and communication with the html wrapper (javaScript)
Understanding Flex events and item renderers
Be able to find best practices in various documentation and forums
Nice to have experience:

Knowledge of development frameworks: pureMVC or cairngorm
PHP (+debian Linux) - 30%

Knowledge of PHP5
Experience in PHP development for querying databases (php5-mysql, oci8, php-sybase, ...)
Understanding Debian linux basics (apt-get, ...)

Nice to have experience:
PEAR/MDB2 and/or PHP/PDO
