Opening For Peoplesoft DBA

We are please to introduce ourselves “TACIT India” Delhi based consulting firm retained by our client.
We have a position with a CMM Level 5 Organization, kindly find below the further details:

• Position: Peoplesoft DBA
• Location: Mumbai
• Exp: 4 to 8 Yrs.

Key responsibilities

• Peoplesoft Server Administration
• Web Server maintenance & Administration.
• Application server maintenance & administration
• SQL Server maintenance & Administration
• Knowledge of Load Balancer.
• Experience in handling Peoplesoft production, UAT, SIT environment.
• Applying patches and bundles to servers.
• Participating in production calls with customer as and when required.

The detailed task description is as follows:

• Support P1 to P3 cases for all DBA related issues
• Support P1 cases during off-hours
• Daily Monitor Database backup
• Create/Maintain PeopleSoft Application Server Domains, Web (WebLogic) Server
• Domains, Process Scheduler Domains, IB Domains
• Monitor Web Server JVM and Thread usage during peak hours (ad-hoc)
• Maintain FTP sites for attachments etc.
• Support during maintenance weekend windows App Server/Web Server/Database maintenance shutdown/start-up
• Maintain SQL Server stored procedures
• Migrate ODS packages (CMDB)
• Monitor System Performance (ad-hoc)
• Apply PeopleTools/Application CRM/SQL Server/Tuxedo/WebLogic patches as and when required/needed.
• Work with vendor (Oracle PeopleSoft/Microsoft) support group to resolve issue.
