* 3-9 years of experience in developing cutting edge web-based applictions and web-sites
* Strong object oriented concepts and knowledge of design patterns
* Solid understanding of PHP5, JavaScript, AJAX and HTML
* Experise in software development on LAMP stack using MVC Frameworks like Yii and Zend
* Well versed with RDBMS with hands on experience in MySQL
* Extremely good communications and interpersonal skills
