Job Description:

Looking for either BE/BTech or MCA Graduate will only be eligible.
Candidate should be able join us in less than 45 days time (Notice Period) will only be eligible
Candidate who have completed their 8 months or more tenure in their current organization will only be eligible .


Dot Net Silverlight (Leads and Architect)

Year of experience :
Minimum 4yrs of Experience in Silverlight
9yrs or plus for Architect
5 yrs for Leads


Responsibilities include:

As an architect will be responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation of a complex project or modules in the GIS domain
Works on problems of complex scope, through extensive usage of standard concepts & principles
Works as a fully contributing team member, under broad guidance with independent planning & execution responsibilities
Expected to continue to build upon domain knowledge and technical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise, while adapting standard principles to new or changed conditions in day to day work
Has the ability to respond to detailed queries
Applies own judgment to independently determine a course of action, which is then executed independently post review
Responsible for coaching, guiding and mentoring junior members in the team to help them scale up faster
Excellent interpersonal, communications and organizational skills with ability to lead team meetings, gather requirements, and arrive at technical decisions


Must Have:

6+ years of experience designing and developing complex .NET systems specifically web based applications
Strong C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and VS.NET (.NET 3.5) experience
Strong OOA/D skills
2+ years experience developing applications with HTML/JavaScript/AJAX
2+ years experience with XML, XSD, XSL , Web Services, SOAP, SOAP Extensions
2+ years experience with IIS ,Oracle/SQL Server (SQL, Stored Procedures)
Extensive experience with Design Patterns
N-Tier development experience
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Extreme Programming)
Database Design and Object Relational Mapping Design and Implementation
Excellent interpersonal, communications and organizational skills with ability to lead team meetings, gather requirements, and arrive at technical decisions
4+ years experience in leading 4-6 member teams

Preferred Skills:
Experience in developing GIS applications with good Understanding of GIS standards and OGC specifications
Hands on at least one type of GIS tool like ESRI ArcObject or MapInfo
Designing & Implementation using generic architecture
In depth knowledge of Oracle and/or SQL server.
