Position: Flex Senior Engineer/Lead
Experience: 3 to 10 Years

Minimum 3+ yrs of experience in Flex 3.
Strong experience in Flex 3, AIR, Actionscript 3.0, XML.
Experience with Flex Builder IDE or plugin on Eclipse platform.
Experience architecting and integrating Flex with data services to access back-end data.
Experience with development of Rich Internet Applications (RIA's) with Flash and Flex
Experience with development of UI components using MXML and ActionScript 3.0
