Job Description:

The Marketing Automation Data Quality Specialist will play a key role in ensuring that the data inputs into our marketing systems is accurate for downstream reporting. The role includes auditing, analysis, reporting, and recommending areas that require improvements: end user skills, best practices in using our tools, system enhancements, proactive issue resolution. Skills needed include the ability to understand system linkages, data flow between systems, end user processes, root cause analysis, and the ability to collaborate with others to monitor whether the recommended actions are addressing the issue. Excellent written and verbal communications as well as an ability to clearly present recommendations to management.

Areas to audit, analyze, and provide recommendations to improve:

DBM

Audit whether flowcharts are being mapped correctly to system tables

Monitor flowchart creation best practices are being followed

Ensure Scope of transaction is being followed during campaign design

DPP

Ensure Scope of transaction is being followed during campaign set up

Monitor naming conventions are being adhered to in Collaborate

Track data quality for response data being collated in MAT

Audit accuracy of offers being associated to tactics during set up

Ensure tactics and offers are archived or set to complete upon

completion

Audit campaign maps to ensure they align to execution

Audit data in the planning tools to compare to actuals

LDR

Ensure Siebel opty number is recorded on response record in Affinium

Leads if response is closed out with status 'Opportunity Created'

Ensure sub statuses align to reason for closing

Ensure Scope of transaction is adhered during LDR follow-up

System

Monitor system tracking of offer attributes and preferences on responses

Ensure folder structure is accurate and up to date
