-BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree, preferably from a premier institute.
- 8-12 years of industry experience in professional services, technical support or application development on Linux/Unix and Windows platforms.
- Significant programming experience in PHP, Perl, open source or Java (preferable LAMP)
- Significant experience in architecting and designing enterprise scale applications.
- Strong understanding of XML.
- Experience in working on Ajax , JavaScript and CSS
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self Starter, ability to work in a start-up environment.
- Outstanding organization, follow-through and problem solving skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
- Consulting mindset

Knowledge of XQuery/XSLT is a plus.
- Prior experience in working with US/EU based customers
- Content management or database experience, XML conversion tools a plus
