RIA - L3 - Extensive skills in understanding web marketing and design in RIA Team player with strong leadership skills Ability to make decisions in adverse conditions Able to rapidly develop and iterate through product prototypes and user interfaces Interacting with clients, creating RIA templates, developing different styles of design and layout Will have exceptional strong technical and problem solving skills, with a positive, results driven attitude Experience of using design patterns for smart client development (MVC), and an awareness of source code control (SourceSafe, CVS, Perforce, Subversion, VSS, ClearCase ?) Solid experience building thick, event-driven, smart client applications using Adobe Flex, Actionscript 3, Cairngorm, and Adobe LiveCycle Data Service .(seither Windows Forms or Java Swing).Experience with Web Services, XML, .NET ,Core Java,JDBC,JSP,Servlets,Struts framework(Not mandatory),Spring framework(Not mandatory),Hibernate(Not mandatory) Good understanding of all browser based technologies, especially browser DOMs, JavaScript, DHTML/CSS is a must and some familiarity with Adobe Flash, Actionscript and Flex would be advantageous
