Urgent PHP Web Developer opening

we have an opening with our client Tavant Technologies for PHP Web Developer.

Profile:
Minimum of 5 years of software development (LAMP ) experience with progressively increasing responsibilities
Expertise in designing and implementing web-based user interfaces using PHP, AJAX, Javascript, DHTML and CSS
Knowledge of Web technologies, Web standards & protocols
Knowledge of internet security and multi-browser issues
Experience with full life cycle for multiple versions of a commercial software product

Essential skills (All are a MUST)

- PHP5
- CSS / xHTML development
- JavaScript / Ajax experience
- MySQl, APache

Desirable skills
- Experience with Web Application Development
- Client facing skills
- Exposure to Video / Image transcoding
- A passion for cutting edge technology
- Server management (Linux)
- XSL / XSLt knowledge
