Position: IMS DBA

Job Function:
• Sound skills on IMS database in z/OS environment
• Provide installation, administration and maintenance support in a fast-paced production environment
• Knowledge of z/OS operating environment concepts, components, JCL, SYSPLEX, JES2, JES3, RACF, TSO, ISPF, Unix System Services
• Infrastructure design, build and deployment
• Perform analysis, design, and implementation of IMS and VSAM data structures that supports information needs
• IMS problem analysis & evaluation, installation, customization of IMS and OEM software products
• Experience in problem management, system optimization, capacity planning & disaster recovery tasks
• System software maintenance & life-cycle management
• 24 x 7 production support

Job Specification:
• 3-8 years of relevant experience on IMS DBA
• BE/B.Tech in CS/IT, MBA(IT) /MCA or Diploma in Computers
