Good understanding of the main-stream web technologies (i.e. JavaScript/Ajax, Flex 3.0, Web 2.0).
Some experience and understanding of Web Services and their J2EE implementations.
JSP, Servlets, ant (4+ years of experience).
XML, HTML, AJAX, JMS, JDBC, JNDI, JUnit, Spring (or Struts), MVC, Hibernate, Eclipse.
Experienced with one of the web development frameworks like Spring and Struts.
Good SQL and/or PL/SQL development skills, preferably with Oracle 10g.
Knowledge of one of the commonly used applications servers: WebLogic, WebShphere, or JBoss.
Good communication skills.
