Role:
Able to provide architecture and high level technical design to projects
• Conduct code reviews on projects
• Spike technology trends and apply new concepts, develop frameworks and proof of concepts
• Coach/mentor developers on new technology concepts and resolve technical problems faced
• Identify and develop reusable components
• Drive best practices and ensure its adhered in projects
• Maintain and enhance continuous integration and software factories for project(s)
• Participate in project meetings on architecture, design
• Decompose the specification documentation to identify possible loosely coupled and cohesive software component
• Work effectively with other team members by sharing best practices

Responsibilities:
• Require 6-8 years related experience, 1 to 2 years as Technical Architect and very hands on
• Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented
• Ability to quickly understand functional context
• Strong fundamentals in Core Programming in Dot net , Object Oriented design, and Database Design
• Strong Experience on C#, ASP.NET and CSS
• Strong knowledge of back-end SQL Server
• Experience with Web Server ( IIS)
• Ability to work on new technology
• Demonstrated & proven experience in designing enterprise applications
• Experience in application architecture, framework design, high level and low level design using UML & Design Patterns
• Experience of open-source tools, Continuous Integration, automated testing, Agile methodology
• Exposure to performance tuning, logging, monitoring, scalability, design by interfaces, caching …
• Experience in developing reusable software components based on the design specifications
• Experience in preparing, conducting & leading code reviews
• Experience in creating & enhancing and executing unit tests using test driven approach with NUnit, software factory( NantCruise control), etc
• Uses functional knowledge of applications to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving moderately complex development problems.
• Capability to works with clients to establish and maintain a consistent development methodology
• Ability to work closely in a team environment is highly recommended
• Investment Banking experience is a big plus
