Position : .Net Tech Lead (CTH- 1 year extendable)
Exp : 5+ year's exp
Work Location: Bangalore

Skills/Competencies:
Main objective of role: Design, develop, test, deliver and implement solutions.

Technical:

• Dot Net 3.5, C#, ASP.Net Essential
• Oracle Essential
• Java Scripting Essential
• OOPS, UML Essential
• AJAX Essential
• Tools/ Applications: Clear Case, Clear Quest, VSTS Essential
• Visual Studio 2008, IIS 6.0 Essential

Specific Deliverables:

• Take responsibility and ownership for the analysis, design, coding, testing and status reporting of a work product
• Drive productivity and quality standards to produce error free deliverables
• Coordinate with the onsite team for work products
• Configuration, release and build management.
• Resource must have strong experience in .NET 3.5 Version with Expert level in AJAX

Experience

• 6+ years
• Work with on/offshore delivery model
• Defect resolution and management process
• Should possess good people/team management skills
• Should possess good project management skills
• Should possess excellent Attitude, strong written and verbal communication and pleasant interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills

Desirable

• Retail market knowledge
• Experience of Oracle Retail
• Experience of working on large integration programs
