• Software development on Java and J2EE
• BEA Web logic or JBoss Application Server experience
• Hands-on on modeling Tools like Rational Rose or Power Designer.
• Telecom knowledge on IMS/SIP/ VoIP protocols OR SS7/INAP, CAP, MAP protocols

Preferred Skills :

• Worked on Agile development methodologies like Scrum, RUP.
• Play the role of Scrum lead for a team of 6 engineers.
• Have done the development for the Web Based GUI components
